Azul is a proudly Brazilian airline with 15 years in the market and over 156 destinations across Brazil and abroad. It’s been voted the Best Airline in the World and also the most punctual. Today, it has more than 14,000 employees. Our challenge was to develop communication for the Quality and Safety campaign. Safety is a key factor in Azul’s operations, but the challenge was to create this awareness among employees from all areas — after all, safety is intrinsically tied to service quality. Our campaign made it clear that everyone plays a crucial role in ensuring the entire chain remains safe — empowering them to act responsibly every day to make it happen. That’s why our visuals feature exclusive illustrations representing all Azul departments: Flight Crew, Azul Center, CCO, Administration, and Maintenance. After all, safety is about everyone’s attitude.
